This animation was also made using Miku Miku Dance. It is also a fan animation, this one however focuses more on lip syncing and facial expressions.

There are still lots of physics bugs in this one, especially when the scene changes and she has the chain on her neck.

In this one the hands also clip thru her sleeves which looks bad.

The animation is interesting but I would say it was easier to create then the other animations I have on this page from the same program. The secondary animations are alright but the clipping is very easy to catch.

The file size wouldn't be too large but the background and items in the environment would make rendering time higher.

Over all the animation fits with the song nicely and the changes are dramatic enough to keep you interested.

This animation was made in a program called miku miku dance. People generally use this program to create dances for popular characters on the internet, It's a free program and has some bugs with the physics which is why the hair and skirts in the animation are a bit buggy.

The animation is to show off the skill of the animator and not really for commercial use and is shown as more of a portfolio piece. Since the models for this program are generally all free and made for fans they are of amazingly high quality.

The animation is fluid and well made, the file size however would be quite small as all characters are using the same dance moves which can be exported as a file for the others to use as well as the program allows for this to be done.

Since this a fan project I doubt there was any time constraints for this project and the creator likely did it in their free time.

If I was to attempt to recreate something like this I would use characters with less hair, as that seems to be a problem with the program.

I think this animation would have taken quite a long time to render, however without knowing the person's computer specs and how the program renders I can't say for sure.

This is a fanmade PV (promo video) and the original of this video is lower on the list. This like the previous 3 videos is also made in miku miku dance, this one however I have more information on due to the video description.

This fan project was created using a bunch of diffrent assets from lots of diffrent people and is a lot more complicated then the other MMD videos I have on this page.

The staging is interesting and pays great respect to the original video.

There is A LOT of clipping in this video which makes the overall quality drop however as a fan project with complicated dance movies which were copied from a very high budget animation they pulled it off very well so I respect it.

The physic bugs are still super prominent in this video as well but you can appreciate how a group of fans on the internet have put their time aside to create the animation to show off their love for the characters and the song.

This is the second to last of the Miku Miku Dance videos, This one, much like the gasoline video is more about the lip syncing for me as its very close to perfect. Iip syncing is very hard and this is very well done.

HOWEVER, In this program you can program in the letter they need to say it will change the mouth movement for you, at least that's what it seemed like when I took a look at the program briefly since its not a proper animation program.

Its still interesting to watch and makes me want to experiment to see if could create something like it.

I do think it would be rather hard to animate something like this in maya.

Since I didn't try to render anything from the program I still don't know how long the render time would be.

This animation was made for the game company RIOT games, who own one of the world's most popular MOBA games, League of legends. The animation was created by French animation company Fortiche with the help of the RIOT team.

The animation was to be released with a skin series for Worlds 2018 (their world championship games) for players to purchase within the game if they wanted them.

This song was also sung in person by the artists at the finals of the cup and they had the 3D models "live" on the stage with the singers (only on the screen footage).

This animation is made with a mixture of 2D and 3D animation, The 2D animation is more prominent in the neon rap bit with the face mask, how ever the 3D models are really well created for this video and the vocal lip sync is perfect.

The file sizes for this music video must have been huge and to render this beast must have taken hours even done in sections using batch rendering. The animation is so smooth and easy to follow with no sickening jump cuts and the flow of the scene is understandable.

This promotion video for worlds and the skin set probably sold a lot of the skins and brought the championship in korea to people's attention which was the goal for this video.

Unlike the the Fan made videos on this list, this one did have time constraints and I believe it was a very tight deadline to put in the finishing touches to make it such a highly watched video.

The song is popular all around the world, even though parts of it are in korean.

This animation was made to announce the new season of league of legends, the 2019 season. This animation is seriously beautiful. The 3D models are so beautiful and high quality, you can see each and every pore on the characters skins.

The characters move perfectly smoothly and show of their most important characteristics from the game as well as improve on their law, which for a promo video is amazing.

The flow may seem a little confusing as it's not just one story line in the video but 3 diffrent ones, all will diffrent characters. With over 1000 bodies 2 of the 3 scenes. The fight in the plains have 100's of solders and the arena has a full audience that are also moving. In the theteror with the acrobat and the masked gunner there are still a large amount of moving parts.

The amount of animation and modeling that had to be done to create this amazing animation is amazing. The amount of time put into this animation is huge. The file sizes for each scene would have been huge and im sure the render time would have been days due to the quality and how much detail is in the piece.

Their time limit was probably only a couple of months if that due to the season starting and the animation having to be ready before the season started to be uploaded to the internet at the time of the start.

The company that made this animation for Riot games is called Digic Pictures and they had to make sure that they didnt do anything that would upset the client or represent the characters in the wrong way as they don't own the character rights.

Riot games has worked with this company before to make tie in animations for their game. They created the music video for the start of 2018 season and the rework of a character within the game all of which are very popular videos.

Digic pictures use motion capture to create some of their work, which helps them create this level of realism.
