Offline ways to find Employment

Before the internet, all jobs had to be found in person, Job advertisements were all over the news papers however since the internet became popular finding jobs with that method isnt possible anymore. Due to this there are a few diffrent methods people use to find work offline now. If you have a network of people who work in the industry it can be useful to talk to people within your network to find out if anyone is hiring for a presistion you could fill. By letting people you know, know your looking for a job, they can help keep you informed about anything coming up that you could do.

Another way to find jobs offline is to go to job fairs, they are looking for employers at job fairs and can give you a decent understanding of the job before you even apply.

There are also employment agencies out there who can help you find a job, they can be a bit hit or miss though, so its best to do some research into the company your looking at using before hand and see how happy people are with their services.

Online ways to find Employment

Online there are many ways to find a job, using social media like linkedin, facebook and twitter can help you find jobs as some people post that they are looking to employ people over such social medias.

People also post job listings on websites which are specifically for looking for people to find jobs in their fields. They can come from just plain generic ones which list all types of jobs to niche one's for specific types of work.

My personal favorite way of online job finding is to set up a website or use freelancing sites to show off your work and show potential clients what you can do/ what they could commision you to create.
